About this Site

The Site provides information about our accreditation support services (e.g., CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, SSIP/SMAS). It may include guides, checklists and other resources. We aim to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free from errors or omissions.

Access to the Site is provided on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Site without notice.

Using the Site

  • You must use the Site lawfully and not in a way that infringes the rights of, or restricts or inhibits the use of the Site by, any other person.

Any consultancy or accreditation support you purchase from us will be governed by the separate Service Agreement or engagement terms we agree with you. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will take precedence for the relevant services.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).
